Anita Grady is from Cave Creek, Arizona.  She has been working with and training animals most of her life.  As a young woman, Anita trained and competed in dressage and cross country jumping with horses.  She worked at a stable training horses and giving lessons to riders during her college years.  As a Regional Human Resources Director she has facilitated leadership, performance management and legal seminars.  In 2003, when she was looking for something fun to do with her shelties; Hana, Jesi and Shelby, she found agility and fell in love with the sport.

Since that time, Anita has trained and successfully shown all three shelties and her three year old border collie, Jolie.  Several

foundation based on mutual trust and communication.  Above all, she feels training and competition should be fun for both members of the team!  Through her own experience, she knows first hand how agility training can strengthen the bond with our dogs.
